Hi, I’m Stephanie!
I have lived in Northern New Jersey almost all of my life. I previously worked in the medical field for 20+ years before I decided to pursue a career in Professional Organizing. I got into this world when I decided to help some close friends with organizing projects around their home. They sought my expertise because they knew me to always be that girl with a pristine home, organized closets, beds made, etc...I have never liked a mess! I have suffered from ADHD and anxiety disorders while growing up and continue to struggle (aka THRIVE) today. I began to learn at a young age that organizing my surroundings provided me with more focus and peace. I found if I let “my space get too messy”, in turn, my anxiety would intensify. I have researched and read many articles (attached some in my Articles & Blog section if you would like to peruse) that confirm maintaining order may decrease anxiety. In fact, not only will anxiety symptoms lessen, but many types of other disorders (such as ADHD) can find newly discovered benefits from creating a clean space without distractions. A cluttered space may sometimes present a feeling of chaos. However, this is NEVER to express judgement on anyone whose space may have become “out of control”. Adulting is HARD! With my clients, my first objective is to listen and understand all their issues involving the space around them. I am constantly reminding my clients that there is no shame in asking for help in order to better themselves! Everyone has so much going on in the world today and it is very easy to lose control of the things around you. Remember it happens to everyone, so do not EVER beat yourself up over it! What is definite though, we need to find a solution to regain control over your life and create some serenity. It brings me so much joy working hand-and-hand during my services and to accomplish a task together. The real goal isn’t just to organize your space, the ultimate goal is to leave you with a smile on your face!
My Approach
It all begins with an chat. Maybe you are overwhelmed by life and have let things get out of your control. Maybe you started a project and got stuck. Or maybe you just need a little guidance. Whatever it is, I understand and I would love to help you get things back in order so you can be the best version of yourself!
Dream it
Your goal should be to make it feel right for right now. Everyone is different and has different needs. Later will always take care of itself, lets focus on today.
Create it
Don’t worry about the current space it’s in. Let’s make this the space you want it to be. Together we can do anything!
